Shipping and Returns


Free — domestic orders over $75 ship USPS/UPS

We currently offer a Flat Shipping Cost of $5.95 /Shipping costs can change anytime. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from shipment date.


Will be shipped via DHL Post International, UPS or FEDEX. Shipping costs vary depending on the country being delivered to and will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 5-15 working days for delivery from shipment date.


In the event you need to schedule a refund, we are happy to refund unworn items purchased on with its original packaging within 7 days of delivery date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake. 

Please note if your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. 

When your return has been accepted, your refund or credit will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

**Items on sale are sold as final sale and cannot be returned. 


We do not offer exchanges, but if you wish to make a return, please follow the steps on the Returns section.


Sale Items, Essentials: Toothbrush, Jewelry, Hair Brush and Pacifiers, will not be accepted for return. 


In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store. If you have purchased an item and is no longer available, you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is identified and provide you with a refund or an alternative preferred resolution. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  Please double check the address you are entering before you check out, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address the buyer has entered. 

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees.  

eorthe is not responsible for any theft or loss during the return transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.
