When will my order ship? 

Please allow about 2-4 working business days for processing & packaging before your items are shipped.

Please Note: New Collections shipments may take up to a week to process & pack before shipment, due to the high volume of orders. We thank you for your patience. 

What if I need an item faster than the turn around time? Do you offer rush service?

Yes! Rush service is available at checkout. 
Please allow 1-2 working business days for processing & packaging before your items are shipped. Your items will be shipped as Priority Mail.

Can I modify my order once the order has been placed? 

Unfortunately, once you place your order it is not possible for us to modify the order. If you wish to add to the existing order you will need to place a new order. We are not able to combine shipping for two separate orders. Each order will be shipped separately. 

How do I cancel my existing order? 

Once your place an order it is not possible for us to complete any cancellation requests. However, you may return the order in its original condition back to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Return shipping of the cancelled order will be at your own expense. 

    How do I request a gift receipt, since my order will be shipped as a gift?

    Leave us a note in the "Order Comments" box that the order is a gift. We will make sure the recipient receives a gift receipt with no price shown on the invoice and also a personal note of your preference. 

    Do you accept payment plans?
